Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!
So it's halloween and i have nothing planned for tonight. Rachel wants to go to the Hollywood House Party but i'm not sure if i do. it's going to be crazy crowded and completely insane. for those of you who don't know, the hollywood house party is legend. Last year for Halloween their website says they reached 3500. http://www.thehollywoodhouse.com seriously check this out. anyway, happy halloween!

Now i get to go to work. i can wear a costume but mine is all white and i don't want to ruin it so i'm not sure what i'm going to wear... dang...

Malaysian Cherry

so, last night my roommate emily helped me dye my hair red... malaysian cherry to be exact. it's so cute. i'll put up pics soon.
oh and i took another physics test and failed it. apparently physics and i don't click.
and for some reason utah got REALLY cold over this last week. we had our first snow and it's like 35 degrees! but something funny-- our pool is still open. want to know why? for some unexplained reason it's warmer than our hot tub!
now i guess i have to go to work this morning although i do think today would be a great day to stay in bed!

I really don't want to go to work today. I want to stay home and be very lazy. i never get to do that... oh well. i also have to take my history of psychology test today and i'm a little nervous about that. i feel prepared but i took a physics test on friday and i felt really prepared and i bombed it. that's whats great about BYU. everyone is smart so they make things really hard. those of us who are more average than smart get stuck with the bad scores.... hince my 55%. oh well. i hope psychology goes better. anyway, i need to be at work in like 35 minutes and i haven't showered yet. see ya!

So I'm sorry I haven't written on here forever. I'm such a hypocrite. I get frustrated when people don't write on theirs like everyday when i read them but i never write on my own.
anyway, i am currently in Provo Utah. School has started and i have some roommates. school is great. i am really enjoying my classes and they make me think. i think they are better then last year. My roommates are good too. Rachel Laulusa is living with me this year and so far it's working out great... except when she wakes me up at 3:30 AM to us my printer... j/k love you rach. then i also now live with Emily Layton from Alpine UT and Raechel Logan from So Cal. They are a lot of fun. we keep it real in 207. :)
anyway, i just wanted to put a little update. i don't have much really that is post worthy.

i just drove from zanesville ohio to provo utah... wyoming sucks.

Just saw The Dark Knight and all i can say is OMG. That was a great movie. and intense. I thought i would fall asleep but amazingly enough i stayed awake. It also helped that Fernando was poking my the whole time going "look at that! look at that! hahaha!" He can get so excited over little things like cars, airplanes, and guns. i love it. it's like a 7 year old on christmas morning.

So today i went to Coco Key water resort, an indoor water resort in Newark. It was with the YSA and it was pretty fun. I really liked going down the slides but for some reason every time i would start to walk up the stairs to them i would get crazy nauseas. I think that's how you spell that. But i have no idea what did that to me but i almost threw up after trying to go 3 times in a row. i walked back down the stairs and hoped i would feel better. I did. it's crazy what my body doesn't want me to do sometimes.

and tomorrow? what's on the docket you ask? why church then work! Inventory my friends. preparation for inventory! ridiculous. oh well. what can you do?

Couldn't You Have Told Us Sunday??

sometimes i hate my job...
Bath and Body Works does floor sets on Sunday nights. I did one this Sunday and didn't get home until 2:00 AM. then i went into my 7 am job. i also worked monday night at bath and body. Tuesday i worked at my dad's from 7-4 again. not bad. Wednesday i was working my normal 9-7 shift at dad's and i was so looking forward to going to bed at a decent time. and on my lunch break, i get a call from my manager at Bath and Body Works. The company sent her and email on MONDAY about the SUNDAY floor set letting us know we weren't supposed to set that....

WHAT THE HECK BATH AND BODY?

so anyway, she needed us to come in and take everything back down and set back up the last month's floor set. tonight... starting at 8. i left early from there and here it is after 1 AM and i'm just getting to bed. so much for an early night. I was supposed to work from 7-7 tomorrow... so much for that. i'm going in at 9:30. I need some sleep or this train is going to derail... i figured i would make some extra money if i went in tonight... but at 7.15 an hour does it really matter?

moral of the story... upper management in the Company of Bath and Body Works can be completely ridiculous sometimes and completely behind causing problems for all of us.
